Christmas Day

Elliott had a very busy Christmas Day. The morning was spent with the Fisher side of the family. Great Aunt Sharon got to spend some quality time with her new nephews. Elliott and Aaron also got to spend some great time together. Aaron is 6 months and Elliott is 3.5 months. You can really see the difference. Great Uncle Rick and Great Aunt Sandy gave Elliott a horsey jumper for Christmas. He LOVES it. It neighs and gallops when he jumps.

The afternoon and evening was spent with the Haider side of the family. Uncle Jon, Aunt Jess, Maddie and Cason came in from Maine. This was the first time that all the Haider grandkids had ever been together. Family holidays will never be quiet again. We had our annual crab leg dinner and it was good like always.

Christmas Eve

Elliott had a WONDERFUL first Christmas. We went to Grandma and Grandpa Fisher's for Christmas Eve. He got to spend it with lots of people that love him. Charlotte and Nancy stopped over, along with Aunt Katie, Uncle Kyle, Great Grandma Jan, Great Aunts Joy and Sandy and Great Uncles Greg and Rick and Amanda and Adam. Great Aunt Sharon was in town from California for the week and loved spending time with her new nephews.

We had a White Elephant Exchange. Joy and Greg brought some interesting gifts-cow pies and stale food to name a few. Everyone had some great laughs.

Christmas Photo Shoot

Elliott is so tolerant of my taking pictures of him, which is a good thing because I take a LOT of pictures.
I set up our little photo studio and got some great pictures of him.

Elliott's First Thanksgiving

Elliott spent his first Thanksgiving week at Grandma Joan's house with Heather. Joe and Grandpa Phil and Uncle Kyle spent the week in Montana on their annual thanksgiving hunting trip.

Kayak got to go on an official duck/goose hunting trip this year. She had a great time with Joe. She did a great job retrieving the ducks, but wasn't too sure about retrieving the geese. She thought that they were great to chase down though but wasn't sure what to do with them once she got them under control.

Baptism

Elliott was baptised at Roseville Lutheran Church. His godparents are Kyle and Angie. It was an AMAZING day. We were surrounded by over 40 friends and family members who came to support Elliott as he was baptized.

Elliott wore the same gown that his dad wore when he was baptized. Elliott's late great grandma Arline made the gown for Joe when he wore it and it was very special that Elliott was able to wear the gown.
Neela and Elliott-they are 10 weeks apart and destined to be good friends (Elliott looks like a toddler compared to Neela right now though.)

Angie and I have been good friends since kindergarten and have taken many pictures in front of this fireplace. We thought that it would be neat to take a picture in front of the fireplace with our kids.
